Udržuje otoky v mých kloubech pod kontrolou, minimalizovalo mnoho mých příznaků endometriózy a dokonce pomáhá vyrovnat úzkost a některé další zábavné věci týkající se duševního zdraví. . . . No a co ty? Proč jste začali s keto a proč u něj zůstáváte? 💚✨

  9. I have been vegan for over 3 years. But never lost weight but put it on, I came across vegan keto on YouTube so giving it ago. I like how it makes me feel not bloated, I just started vegan keto 4 weeks ago but no weight loss really to speak of. I am going through very bad Menopause, I just saw a Homeopath yesterday and he said to go off all Soy products because it’s no good for Menopause or thyroid which I have problems with too, Soy makes it so much worse so thats a blow to my diet … Almond milk or coconut I will have. He said I don’t get enough omega 3 so he wants me to have grained grainfed butter but not to much mmm 🙈 I am in such a emotional state I have to try his way to see if it helps me also he says eggs. So hard after being vegan for that long. Also I have hardening of the arteries starting. 😥

  10. Thanks for posting this, couldn’t have come at a better time, I started Keto first last June, I’d left getting in shape for my holiday late and although I’ve always trained weights fairly hard I never got the look I wanted and found a reason to fall sideways, Keto was the best thing I ever did, the weight dropped off, I had so much energy, slept well, enjoyed training and had loads of comments on changes I hadn’t noticed. Come mid November I couldn’t ignore they hype any longer and did the vegan research and that was me, converted!, from someone who said they could never given up bacon! And my new Chaffle maker now stored in the cupboard 🙄, over Christmas I let the Keto slide a little but stayed vegan and I gotta say I’m struggling to stay in a good state of ketosis since quitting the animal products, eating the same thing everyday, avocado olives broccoli and low carb/neg net carb meat replacements with vegan cheese!…. and now I feel fluffy bloated and sluggish again!, I need to find alternatives and make the most of the crab manager app and stay away from Greggs vegan sausage rolls!🤣🤣

  11. Being vegan on high carb and the accumulated stress of 2.5 decades destroyed my digestive and metabolic health adding to high levels of cortisol, inflammation and sensitive nervous system. Recommitting to vegan keto diet i am able to see substantial changes to my nervous responses body feels lighter and inflammation is down. I love you recipes and the great work you have done in this area @meatfreeketo. So grateful for your delicious creativity in recipes.🌿🥦🥬🙏❤️
