Slices of my flaxseed and buttered oats loaf. Topped with mash avocado, sprouts, figs, sesame seeds, and mint leaves. I seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt/pepper.

It was delicious! I’m stoked that it’s officially fig season!
