✨Flaky Croissants✨

Back in August I took a baking class surlatable with siamesesourdough and bevyofbevbakes . We learned how to make croissants from scratch!

I applied the techniques I learned in class to make these. Traditional croissants take 3 days to make. These are my first batch of croissants and I did a 2 day process. I used a combo of bread flour and all-purpose. They’re not 100% perfect, but they are super flaky and soft. You can also see the layers on these.

Can’t wait to try them again this coming week. I’m preparing for a 3 day process!
